Privacy policy

This policy explains what data this website, ruwell.com.ar, collects, what we use it for and what you can do about it.

We only collect the data you give us when you join the waitlist: your name and your email. Along with them we store the date, the language of the page, the plan you were looking at if you came from Plans, and the text you agreed to. Apart from that, this website does not ask you for any data.

We use them to write to you about Ruwell: the app launch and news, every now and then. We do not sell them or give them to anyone for other purposes. To send the emails we may use an email delivery service, which uses them only for that.

They are stored on the servers of the provider that hosts this website, in a place that cannot be reached from the web, until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer used.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to take you off the list, whenever you want and free of charge, by writing to info@ruwell.com.ar.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores in your browser whether you already joined the list, so it does not ask you again. The app preview works with sample data, and whatever you do in it stays in your browser.
